This 4-day participatory workshop is designed for development and humanitarian practitioners who want to understand how to integrate decolonizing principles and practices into their research activities, including project analyses, monitoring and evaluation, assessments and evaluations. Guided by a feminist approach, this workshop will enable participants to critically reflect on their research practices and identify alternative strategies and methodologies for creating knowledge.
This 4-day workshop will provide participants with the tools and skills to integrate attention to gender equity into USAID technical proposals including in problem statements, activity design and budgets, staffing, and monitoring and evaluation.
This 1-week participatory workshop will walk participants step by step through the design and implementation of a gender and inclusion analysis, from literature review to tool design, data collection methods, data analysis and interpretation, validation, report writing, and action planning.
